Returns & Exchanges
We offer a free returns policy for any item within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unwashed and undamaged. To request a Return or Exchange, please follow the instructions below.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Returns and Exchanges are only allowed if the item meets all the following requirements:
- Item is unwashed.
- Item is undamaged.
You may request an exchange for the same item in a different size or color. Keep in mind that the item must follow the returns requirements in order to be accepted for an exchange.
To request a return or exchange, please send an email to email@example.com
In the email, please provide the following information:
- Full name of the customer
- Phone number or Email of the customer
- Order Number
- The item you are trying to Return or Exchange
- Specify if you are Returning or Exchanging the item
- If you are looking to Return the item, please provide the reason you want to return.
- If you are looking to Exchange, please include the new color and size that you would like to receive.
You should expect a response to your request within 24 hours. If your item meets the requirements and we authorize your return, you will receive a free Returns Label and additional steps to proceed with the Return or Exchange. We’ll issue your refund or exchange within approximately 3-5 days of receipt. Refunds typically appear on your credit card statement within 10 business days.
If your item DOES NOT meet the requirements, Refunds or Exchanges will not be issued. If you are unsure that your item meets our requirements, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help confirm if your item will be authorized for a Return or Exchange.
If we receive any Returns or Exchanges that has not been authorized, your Return or Exchange will not be processed nor will your item be returned to you unless you are willing to repay for the shipping fees.
